I just don’t understand how this happens.
I fix this probably 20 times a day. I’m the only one who uses this phone.
Dissociative identity episodes perhaps? Or is this some kind of phenomenon along the lines of cables and wires forming massive tangles as soon as one walks out of the room?

After you’ve fixed it, take it and stretch it as though in use and see if it’s still fixed. Used to drive me bonkers.
